My Role & Contribution:
Pre-Permit Design Adjustments: Involved in the project's early stages, performing architectural adjustments and physical optimizations prior to the building permit submission.
Statutory Compliance: Managed the fulfillment of preliminary municipal conditions, ensuring the project met all regulatory requirements for permit opening.
Technical Annex Management: Prepared and coordinated various statutory annexes, including environmental, waste management and educational department requirements.
Initial Systems Coordination: Led the integration between architectural plans and consultant requirements to ensure a cohesive design for the permit application.
